Meal Plans

Can I change my meal plan?

Dining plans can be changed before a new semester begins and through the first two weeks of the semester. You can change your meal plan by logging into your Res Life & Dining Portal.

What are your door rates?

Door Rates for Table at Smith and Table at Ham-Wil

Breakfast: $9.50

Lunch: $10.25

Dinner: $11.50

Brunch: $10.25

How do we learn about option for those with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Do Dining Dollars carry over?

Dining Dollars carry over from the fall semester into the spring semester. However, they do not carry over from the spring semester into the fall semester.  Dining Dollars expire at the end of the spring semester.

Where can I use my Dining Dollars?

Dining Dollars can be used at Bishop Café + Grille, Boar’s Head Deli, Bishop Market, Merrick Café, Fueling Station (Science Center), and Social Eats 1842.

Where can I use my off-campus Dining Dollars?

Off-campus dining dollars can be used at Pulp, Victor’s Taco Shop, Wendy’s, Coffeeology, and Fresh Start Cafe & Bakery.

What is the Meal Exchange program?

Anytime Dining Plans also come with ‘meal exchange’ opportunities.  The ‘meal exchange’ program allows students to use their Anytime Dining Plan at select dining retail locations across campus.  If students are between classes or running from one thing to the next and can’t make it to one of our dining halls, they can use a ‘meal exchange’ to grab a sandwhich, sushi, salad, or wrap at a dining retail space without using dining dollars or cash/credit.  Students can only use a meal exchange once per each of these periods of time:

Breakfast      7:00am – 11:00am
Lunch            11:00am – 2:00pm
Late Lunch    2:00pm – 5:00pm
Dinner            5:00pm – 8:00pm
Late Night     8:00pm – 12:00am
Overnight      12:00am – 7:00am (limited)
Can I mobile order?

Harvest Table at Ohio Wesleyan uses Grubhub at various campus restaurants to bring our students, faculty and staff a convenient and fast way to place orders for pickup.

Signing up for Grubhub is simple and allows you to add several payment options to your account while also directly linking you to your meal plan, allowing retail meal swipes to be used on the Grubhub app.

August 20, 2026 – Fall meal plans begin
August 26, 2026 – All dining locations open for regular service
September 9, 2026 – Last day to change fall meal plan
December 18, 2026 – Last day for fall meal plans
January 10, 2027 – Spring meal plans begin
January 13, 2027 – All dining locations open for regular service
January 27, 2027 – Last day to change spring meal plan
May 4, 2027 – Last day of spring meal plans
